Founded in 2010 and based in Utrecht, The Netherlands, BrightContact is a leading provider of contact center solutions in Europe, primarily in the Benelux and provides a wide range of customer care technology services to help translate business agendas into IT initiatives and Customer Care solutions. BrightContact delivers services to implement and support & maintain Genesys-, NICE- and Nuance solutions. BrightContact provides critical solutions for larger call centers in Europe (AirBnB, Swisscom, Vattenfall/Nuon, Dutch Tax office, Dunea and Bosch).
