WFM mobile app provider showcases integration with industry-leading Genesys Customer Experience Platform

Utrecht, Netherlands May 12, 2017 – Komyunity, specialized in Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), will demonstrate its mobile Genesys WFM app at CX17, the industry’s premier customer experience event. Taking place May 22-25 in Indianapolis and June 7-9 in Brussels, CX17 is organized by Genesys, the global leader in omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions. CX17 combines the best of G-Force and Interactions in its debut year since Genesys completed its late 2016 acquisition of Interactive Intelligence.

As a Bronze sponsor, Komyunity (powered by BrightContact) will be exhibiting at CX17 Brussels in the Partner Pavilion at Booth 10 to demonstrate its Workforce Management (WFM) App. Komyunity will show how its solution combines with the Genesys Customer Experience Platform to provide organization’s additional insights and control over contact center agent scheduling to immediately mobilize their workforce – anytime and everywhere. The Komyunity solution can be deployed on-premise or via a fully secured cloud model.

“CX17 gives Komyunity a unique platform to bring our Mobile Workforce Management app under the attention of a broad Genesys audience and customer base,” said Ronald van der Zande, Managing Director for Komyunity.

The main benefits of the Komyunity WFM Mobile app for agents are more scheduling flexibility, greater empowerment and an improved work/life balance. Advantages for supervisors include improved capabilities for real-time communication with agents, enhanced agent coaching and better team performance. Companies will experience an increased customer satisfaction, reduced overhead and lower agent churn.

“CX17 is a time to celebrate our valued partners who collaborate with us to turn customer journeys into lasting relationships,” said Paul Rolfe, vice president of global partners and alliances for Genesys. “CX17 becomes even more exciting through partners such as Komyunity that showcase how their solutions integrate with our Customer Experience Platform to help companies engage with their customers and employees to create world-class experiences.”
