BrightContact has been seen in the TV programme of TeamNL on RTL Z. In this programme, under the direction of Maartje Hofhuis, innovations will be explained and discussed by Professor Bart Bossink (VU). Episode 4 has the theme of appealing innovations within the customer service domain.
During this episode, BrightContact will present a very innovative solution for considerably accelerating the identification and authentication of customers, with the aid of voice recognition (voice biometrics). This not only improves the customer experience but call centre employees are also supported more quickly in identifying potential fraudsters on time.
