From its leading position in the Dutch market, insurance group Achmea positions itself internationally as an innovative player in selected markets. Established in 1811, today Achmea is the largest insurance provider in the Netherlands. Non-life, Health and Income Protection insurance products its core competences. Achmea employs about 14,000 staff in the Netherlands and some 2,500 elsewhere in Europe. Besides its home country, Achmea is active in five other European countries. The Achmea contact center uses 2500 seats.
With new technologies and media types being added and migrating to a more complete Genesys platform, BrightContact have developed a new historical reporting suite for the contact center. BrightContact provided training onsite and assisting with reporting requirements and build throughout the organization. Since 2016 Achmea has also involved BrightContact in the maintenance and support for the telephony environment.
With the use of the new Genesys historical reporting, Achmea has provided a portal in which divisions of the company can easily create, maintain and distribute their own reports. Especially the automated running of reports is a big win in productivity and adaptation of a new tool compared to the old, more rigid for reporting.
