They provide a trusted website to allow people make their homes (space) available. They verify people and hosting to ensure it is safe for all their hosts and clients. It has over 1.6m listings in 34k cities and approx. 200 countries.
Delivering a cloud based Genesys solution, BrightContact works closely with Airbnb’s support department providing rapid response support to the Contact Center infrastructure. Our role is to be on hand, on site and work very closely with the Genesys Customer Care Cloud team to provide a high level of Genesys support.
BrightContact jointly provides on-site Genesys support enabling Airbnb to have immediate access to our Genesys expertise when needed. This results in shorter resolution times and higher customer satisfaction scores.
